Summary
This study looks at how newer, less invasive endoscopic techniques compare to standard surgery for treating early rectal tumors. Researchers will review medical records from 300 adults treated between 2015 and 2025 to see if these methods are safer and just as effective. The goal is to help doctors choose the best treatment approach with fewer complications.
