Summary
This study examines whether newer, less invasive endoscopic techniques can effectively treat certain rectal tumors compared to traditional surgery. Researchers will review medical records of 300 adults who had either endoscopic or surgical removal of rectal tumors between 2015 and 2025. The goal is to understand the safety and effectiveness of these advanced endoscopic methods to help guide future treatment choices.
