Summary
This study is testing a new support program for people with advanced cancer who are having major surgery. The program provides a dedicated care coach and rehabilitation team to help manage symptoms, improve function, and support quality of life throughout the cancer journey. Researchers will compare this integrated approach to usual care to see if it leads to better outcomes for patients.
