Summary
This study aims to find the best treatment approach for older adults with advanced bladder cancer who cannot tolerate standard chemotherapy. Researchers will compare two different treatment combinations to see which provides better quality of life with fewer side effects. The study will also test whether a simple health survey can help predict how well patients will tolerate cancer treatments.
