First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at why over 60% of people with ADPKD (a kidney disease) experience pain, often in the belly, side, or back. Researchers will use simple touch tests and questionnaires to measure pain and quality of life in 150 patients and compare them to healthy volunteers. The goal is to better understand the pain so doctors can find better ways to treat it.
