Summary

This study aims to better understand the chronic pain experienced by most people with ADPKD, a genetic kidney disease. Researchers will compare pain sensitivity and quality of life in 150 patients with ADPKD against healthy volunteers using standardized tests and questionnaires. The goal is to create a detailed 'pain profile' for ADPKD to help develop better management strategies in the future.
