Can extra radiation stop High-Risk skin cancer from coming back?

Summary
This study tests whether adding radiation therapy after surgery helps prevent high-risk skin cancer from returning, compared to just monitoring. About 266 adults with completely removed, high-risk squamous cell carcinoma will be randomly assigned to receive radiation or regular check-ups. The goal is to see which approach leads to longer cancer-free survival.
