First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study aimed to see if a radioactive drug called Lutathera, given after surgery to remove neuroendocrine liver tumors, could help prevent the cancer from coming back. It was designed for adults with low- or medium-grade tumors. However, the trial was stopped early after enrolling only one person, so no conclusions could be drawn.
