First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study aimed to see if giving a radioactive drug called Lutathera after surgery could prevent neuroendocrine tumors from coming back in the liver. It was designed for adults with low- or medium-grade tumors that had spread to the liver and were completely or nearly completely removed. The study was terminated early after enrolling only one person, so no meaningful conclusions could be drawn.
