Summary

This study looks at adjustment disorders, the most common mental health diagnosis in the US military. Researchers are testing a new questionnaire (ADNM-20-Mil) to see if it accurately tracks symptoms over time. They will also pilot test a device called SANA that uses lights and sounds to help ease symptoms. The study involves 60 active-duty service members recently diagnosed with adjustment disorder.
