Summary
This study tested whether an adjustable prosthetic socket is more comfortable and improves mobility compared to a standard socket. 29 adults with a leg amputation who already use a prosthesis took part. Researchers measured comfort, balance, walking speed, and quality of life to see if the adjustable design offers benefits.
