Summary
This pilot study is testing whether adding specific sleep strategies to standard parent behavior training is more helpful for families of 3-5 year olds showing early signs of ADHD and sleep problems. Therapists will deliver the programs in pediatricians' offices to make them more accessible. The main goals are to see if the sleep-focused program is practical and acceptable, and whether it improves children's sleep and ADHD symptoms compared to standard training alone.
