First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study compares two non-drug treatments for teens aged 13-17 with ADHD: Organizational Skills Training (OST) and Mindfulness-Based Intervention (MBI). Both involve eight 90-minute sessions. Researchers will measure changes in ADHD symptoms, daily functioning, and emotional control using questionnaires from teens and their parents. The goal is to find out which approach works best and for whom.
