VR brain training shows promise for kids with ADHD

Summary
This study tested a new type of brain training for children with ADHD. Kids used a special headband (fNIRS) to see their own brain activity while playing in virtual reality. The goal was to help them improve attention and self-control. 138 children aged 7 to 12 took part in 16 sessions over 8 weeks.
