Head-to-Head test: which ADHD drug works best for preschoolers?

Summary

This study aims to help families and doctors choose between two common ADHD medications for young children. Researchers will compare methylphenidate and guanfacine in 370 children ages 3-5 to see which medication provides better symptom control with fewer side effects. The study will measure improvements in daily functioning, side effects, and how long families choose to continue each treatment.
