Summary
This study looks at whether Adderall XR can reduce ADHD symptoms in children and teens (ages 8-18) who also have autism. Participants will take the medication or a placebo for 4 weeks and complete brain scans to measure changes in attention, impulsivity, and memory. The goal is to understand how the drug affects the brain in this group.
