First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of two targeted drugs (trastuzumab and pertuzumab) plus hormone therapy given after surgery to people with early-stage, hormone receptor-positive, HER2-positive breast cancer. The goal is to see if this approach helps prevent the cancer from coming back. About 393 participants will receive the treatment as an injection under the skin along with standard hormone therapy.
