Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called ADCLEC.syn1 CAR T cells for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. The main goal is to find a safe dose that causes few side effects, and then see if it can help control the disease. About 40 participants will take part at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
