Summary
This study tests a new drug called ADCE-D01 in people with soft tissue sarcoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The drug is designed to find and attack cancer cells while leaving healthy cells alone. The trial will check safety, the right dose, and whether it shrinks tumors. About 270 adults who have already tried at least one other treatment may join.
