Summary

This study tests a new type of radiation therapy (adaptive radiotherapy) for breast cancer patients who are at high risk of developing fibrosis (scarring) from standard radiation. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce moderate to severe side effects. The study will include 500 women who have had breast cancer surgery and need radiation to the breast and lymph nodes.
