Summary
This study is testing whether adjusting radiation treatment plans daily using real-time MRI or CT scans can reduce side effects for men with localized prostate cancer. Researchers will compare this 'adaptive' approach to standard radiation that uses a fixed plan. The goal is to see if daily adjustments better target the cancer while protecting nearby healthy tissues, potentially leading to fewer urinary, bowel, and sexual problems.
