Summary
This study tests an adaptive approach to hormone therapy for men with stage IV prostate cancer that still responds to hormone treatment. The goal is to control the cancer while possibly reducing side effects by adjusting treatment based on how the cancer responds. Only 17 men participated, and the study focused on whether they could stay on the treatment plan for a year without their cancer getting worse.
