First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study adapts a proven PTSD therapy (STAIR-NT) for people who use both cocaine and opioids while on methadone treatment. About 80 participants will receive either the adapted therapy or usual care to see if it reduces substance use and PTSD symptoms. The goal is to make the therapy more accessible and effective for this high-need group.
