Summary
This study will test whether adapted karate training can improve self-regulation, daily function, and social participation in children aged 6-12 with ADHD. Fifty-five participants will either receive karate training first or wait, then switch. The training involves two 60-minute sessions per week for two months, led by a karate instructor and an occupational therapist.
