Can brain games help stroke survivors bounce back?

NCT ID NCT06733103

First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tested whether a thinking-and-memory program, called cognitive stimulation therapy, could work for stroke survivors who also feel frail. Ten stroke survivors and their carers tried the adapted program and shared their thoughts in interviews. The goal was to see if the program was acceptable and practical, not to measure health outcomes.
