This study tested whether combining acupuncture, yoga, and doctor-supervised medication tapering helps older adults (65+) reduce their use of benzodiazepines (medications for anxiety and insomnia). 23 participants received weekly treatments for 12 weeks. The goal was to see if this approach could safely lower medication doses while managing symptoms.
