Summary
This study aims to find out whether acupuncture or massage provides better long-term pain relief for people with advanced cancer. Researchers will follow 300 patients over 26 weeks to see which approach helps more with pain and improves quality of life. The trial focuses on people with various advanced cancers who have experienced significant musculoskeletal pain for at least a month.
