Summary

This study tests whether acupuncture laser therapy can reduce neck pain and improve quality of life in people undergoing hemodialysis. Sixty participants will either receive standard care or standard care plus laser therapy three times a week for four weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain, stress, and daily functioning.
