Laser acupuncture offers hope for dialysis Patients' neck pain

Summary
This study will test whether adding acupuncture laser therapy to standard medical care can reduce neck pain and improve quality of life in 60 adults undergoing hemodialysis. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either medical treatment alone or medical treatment plus laser acupuncture. The goal is to find a safer, non-drug way to ease chronic neck pain in this vulnerable group.
