Needle therapy aims to stop nighttime bathroom trips for cancer survivors

NCT ID NCT05540392

Summary

This study is testing whether acupuncture can help reduce nighttime urination (nocturia) in men who have survived prostate cancer. Researchers want to see if acupuncture is a practical treatment option that can also improve related symptoms like poor sleep, hot flashes, fatigue, and anxiety. The study involves 60 participants who will receive up to 10 acupuncture sessions to see if the treatment is feasible and effective.
