Acupuncture tested as relief for Veterans' mysterious war illness

Summary
This study is testing whether acupuncture can help relieve the symptoms of Gulf War Illness, a complex condition affecting many veterans. 200 veterans with symptoms like fatigue, pain, and mood issues will receive personalized acupuncture treatments from experienced practitioners in their community. The main goal is to see if these treatments improve participants' physical function and overall well-being over six months.
