Needles vs. nerves: can ancient therapy ease cancer Survivors' stress?
NCT ID NCT07132034
Summary
This study will test if eight weeks of weekly acupuncture can help reduce stress and improve quality of life for breast cancer patients who have recently finished their main cancer treatments. It will compare 112 participants who receive acupuncture right away to a group that waits and receives standard care. The goal is to see if this traditional therapy can help during the difficult transition period after active treatment ends.
