Acupuncture and exercise may ease chemo nerve pain in bladder cancer

Summary
This study tests whether adding acupuncture to virtual exercise can reduce nerve pain caused by chemotherapy in people with advanced bladder cancer. About 50 participants will either do acupuncture plus virtual exercise or just virtual exercise. The goal is to see if this combination is practical and helps with pain and daily function.
