Summary

This study looked at whether pressing on a specific point (GB30) before getting a shot can lower pain, reduce fear, and boost satisfaction. 68 adults who needed a painkiller injection took part. Half got acupressure before the shot, and half got standard care. The results showed that acupressure helped people feel less pain and fear, and they were more satisfied with the experience.
