NCT ID NCT07423039

First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated Apr 26, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests whether a simple, non-invasive technique called auricular acupressure (using small seeds on the ear) can lower anxiety and pain in women undergoing breast cancer surgery. 66 women with a first-time breast cancer diagnosis will either receive the acupressure plus standard care, or standard care alone. The goal is to see if this gentle approach can make the surgery experience less stressful.
