Summary

This study tests a clinic-based program called ActivityChoice that helps cancer survivors become more physically active to lower their risk of heart disease. About 114 adult cancer survivors will choose from group in-person, group virtual, or self-monitored digital exercise programs. The goal is to see if offering choices increases participation and reduces cardiovascular risk.
