Summary
This study explored whether giving fitness trackers to people in inpatient alcohol treatment is practical and helpful. Researchers wanted to see if using these devices could encourage more physical activity and improve emotional well-being during recovery. They tracked 90 adults in treatment, measuring their activity levels, sleep quality, anxiety, and depression symptoms.
