Summary
This study is testing a home-based fitness program designed specifically for Hispanic and Latino young adults who survived childhood cancer. The program uses a Fitbit, a mobile app, and a private social media group to encourage physical activity. Researchers want to see if this culturally-tailored approach helps participants become more active, feel less tired, and improve their overall quality of life.
