First seen Dec 12, 2025 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looked at 130 women having a same-day hysterectomy for cancer or benign conditions. It compared an active voiding trial (where the bladder is filled and the patient tries to pee) to a passive one (just waiting to pee naturally). The goal was to see which method helps patients leave the hospital sooner.
