First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study tests two types of nerve-gliding exercises—one done by the patient and one done by a therapist—to see which better reduces burning pain, improves muscle strength, and increases joint movement in people with diabetic neuropathy. Sixty adults aged 40 to 65 with diabetes will receive 12 sessions over 4 weeks, plus standard care like walking and leg strengthening. The goal is to find a simple, effective way to manage nerve pain and improve daily life.
