First seen Feb 23, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looked at whether watching exercise videos before doing the exercises (called Action Observation Therapy) helps older adults improve their thinking, balance, fatigue, and physical function. 162 people aged 65 and older took part. Some did regular exercise, some watched videos then exercised, and some did no structured exercise. The goal was to see if adding video observation gives extra benefits.
