New study aims to help black women with asthma get active and gain control

Summary
This study tests a 24-week physical activity program designed specifically for Black women with asthma. The goal is to see if the program improves asthma control and quality of life compared to standard asthma education. About 224 women will take part, and researchers will also check if any benefits last for another 24 weeks after the program ends.
