First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests whether a group-based therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps university students with anxiety and depression more than a general support group. About 48 students aged 18-28 with moderate symptoms will join. The goal is to see if ACT improves emotional well-being and flexibility in handling difficult thoughts and feelings.
