New study tests group therapy for stressed students

Summary
This study tests whether a group-based therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps university students with anxiety and depression more than a general support group. About 48 students aged 18-28 with moderate symptoms will join. The goal is to see if ACT improves emotional well-being and flexibility in handling difficult thoughts and feelings.
