Summary
This study tests a 4-week program based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for women who have lost a baby during pregnancy or shortly after birth. The therapy includes in-person and video sessions to help with grief, anxiety, and depression. Researchers will check if the program is practical and liked by participants, and measure changes in mental health over three months.
