Summary

This study looks at whether adding a type of talk therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to ketamine treatment is practical for people who have both alcohol use disorder and depression that hasn't improved with standard medications. The study will enroll 30 participants and focus on whether they can complete the full treatment schedule. The goal is to see if this combination can help reduce alcohol use and improve depression symptoms.
