Summary

This study tests if a type of talk therapy called acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) can help people with religiously focused obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Ten adults will receive the therapy and report changes in their symptoms. The goal is to see if ACT reduces distressing religious thoughts and rituals.
