Summary

This study tested whether Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can improve the well-being of parents caring for children with autism. Thirty parents in Saudi Arabia took part in online ACT sessions over five weeks. Researchers measured changes in stigma, mindfulness, and stress before and after the program.
