First seen Apr 01, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tested a type of mindfulness training called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for women who have migraines 4 to 14 days per month. Researchers wanted to see if it's possible to run a larger study and whether ACT can reduce how often migraines happen and how much they interfere with daily life. 75 women took part, and the study is now complete.
