Summary
This study tested an online program called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for family members of someone who had a first psychotic attack. The goal was to help reduce self-stigma, improve stress coping, and build psychological resilience. 41 family members took part, and the results showed that ACT can be a helpful tool for supporting families during a difficult time.
