Summary
This study tests a new medicine called ACP-211 in 153 adults with major depression who didn't get better with at least two antidepressants. The goal is to see if ACP-211 reduces depression symptoms more than a placebo over 28 days. Participants must be 18-65 and currently on a stable antidepressant.
