Summary
This study tests whether acotiamide is better than itopride at relieving symptoms of functional dyspepsia, like feeling overly full after meals or stomach pain. About 368 adults with these symptoms will take one of the two pills three times daily for 4 weeks and track their progress. The goal is to see which drug offers more relief from everyday digestive discomfort.
